Choose Your Program Path

Each program offers a different level of immersion, from a focused one-week intensive to the full twenty-one day transformation experience. Whether arriving for a foundational introduction or returning to deepen an existing practice, guests may choose the length of stay that best supports their personal journey.

OPTION 1

2-Week Classic Program

Our 2-Week Classic Program is the original Living Foods Lifestyle™ experience, designed by Ann Wigmore herself and refined over six decades.

Week One: Core Program introduces the foundations of living foods, wheatgrass, sprouting, internal cleansing, mindful eating, and the daily rhythm of self-care.

Week Two: Enhancing deepens the practice through advanced food preparation, body care techniques, and the lifestyle skills guests bring home with them. The program is ideal for both first-time and returning students seeking a complete immersive foundation in the Living Foods Lifestyle™.

Graduates receive the Living Foods Lifestyle™ diploma.

OPTION 2

1-Week Intensive

Offered twice per year.

The 1-Week Intensive distills the heart of the Living Foods Lifestyle™ into seven focused days. From Sunday to Sunday, guests move through the essential teachings — wheatgrass and sprouting, food preparation, internal cleansing, food combining, mindful eating, yoga, and meditation — taught at an accelerated pace with full days and minimal downtime.

Designed for those who cannot step away for two full weeks, the Intensive offers a strong foundation in Ann Wigmore’s work within a shorter timeframe. Graduates receive the Living Foods Lifestyle™ diploma.

OPTION 3

21-Day Transformation Program

Offered four times per year. One in French and three in English.

Ann Wigmore taught that 21-Day is the threshold where new habits become a way of life — long enough for the body to reset, the mind and the spirit to remember themselves. The 21-Day Transformation Program is our deepest and most complete immersion into the Living Foods Lifestyle™.

Guests begin with the Core Program, deepen through Enhancing, and complete with Integration — a final week devoted to expanded one-on-one guidance, reflection, and embodying the practices before returning home. For many graduates, the third week becomes the most transformational part of the experience.

The full 21-day experience is ideal for both first-time guests seeking complete immersion and returning students wishing to deepen or renew their practice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to some of the most common questions about program structure, scheduling, accommodations, and student eligibility.

Are accommodations included in the program fee?

No. Program fees and accommodations are selected separately. All program participants stay on campus.

Are hydrotherapy and massage included?

No. Hydrotherapy sessions and massage therapy are optional add-on services available for an additional fee.

When does graduate pricing apply?

Graduate pricing applies to return visits once a guest has completed either the 2-Week Classic Program or qualifying 1-Week Intensive and received a diploma.

Can I arrive at any time during the program?

Yes. Guests may join the program at different stages depending on availability and their experience level. However, new students are strongly encouraged to begin with Week One: Core Program in order to establish the strongest foundation in the Living Foods Lifestyle™.

Do longer stays reduce the weekly price?

Yes. Weekly program pricing decreases the longer you stay.

What deposit is required?

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% will be charged to the card on file through the online payment system 48 hours before arrival.

What payment methods are accepted?

AWNH accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, payments through its online payment portal, and personal checks drawn on U.S.-based banks.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 45 days before the start of a program receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 7–44 days before arrival may receive a partial future credit, minus a $200 transfer fee, depending on when written notice is received. Cancellations made 0–6 days before arrival receive no refund or credit. Future credits must be used within one year. Please review the complete Terms & Conditions before enrolling.

Is special pricing available for guests under 18?

Children under age 12 may not attend AWNH programs or stay on campus with a guest. Guests ages 12–17 may attend only with a parent or legal guardian who is an AWNH program graduate. They receive 50% off program fees; accommodations are charged at standard rates.

Is a Puerto Rico resident discount available?

Bona fide, long-term residents of Puerto Rico may be eligible for 20% off program fees throughout the year. Standard accommodation charges apply. Please inform Reservations when booking if you would like to request the discount. Eligibility is assessed individually, and documentation demonstrating established Puerto Rico residency may be requested.

When does graduate pricing apply?

Anyone who completes the qualifying program and receives an AWNH diploma is an AWNH graduate, and graduate status does not expire. Graduate pricing is normally available to certified graduates who have visited AWNH within the previous five years. Because the center closed in August 2024, the lookback period is temporarily extended to seven years for the first two years after reopening. After that two-year reopening period, the standard five-year lookback will resume.

Do you offer volunteer or internship opportunities?

At this time, AWNH is not able to offer volunteer or internship opportunities.

May I participate while staying off campus?

No. All program guests must stay in AWNH accommodations. Off-campus tuition, commuter participation, and program-only enrollment are not available.

How long may I stay?

A guest may stay for up to three consecutive weeks per visit. You may select any three available consecutive program weeks and may return later in the same season under a separate reservation. Multiple back-to-back reservations may not be used to extend one visit beyond three consecutive weeks.

Can I arrange take-out meals?

Take-out meal service may be available when operationally possible and must be requested in advance. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
