At Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute, we offer a variety of ways to learn about and experience the Living Foods Lifestyle®. All courses include classes on meditation, relaxation, and personal growth, and address a variety of health issues including Candida, obesity, diabetes, and low energy. Stretching exercises/ Yoga classes are included every morning. Your experience here will leave you relaxed and rejuvenated and provide you with enough information to take home and make Living Foods an invaluable part of your life.

Living Foods Lifestyle® Two Week Certification Program 
 
This signature program provides a comprehensive learning experience that includes The Basics of the Living Food Lifestyle® and Enhancing the Living Food Experience courses. Everything you need to know about Living Foods is covered and a Certificate of Completion is presented to those who complete this program. The Living Foods Lifestyle® Two Week Certification Program is for everyone wanting to learn all about Living Foods for themselves and loved ones, and for health care professionals who want an excellent understanding of this lifestyle to offer their clients and patients. We designed this program to give you the choice of taking both courses back to back or, if your time is limited, experience any one course at a time.
 
 
Basics of the Living Foods Lifestyle®
 
Come learn how and why Living Foods work. In this one week course, find out how to enter into the self-healing process, and how to cleanse and rejuvenate. All essential aspects of the Living Foods Lifestyle® are covered ñ the 101 uses of wheatgrass, food preparation including Energy Soup, sprouting and cultured foods, internal cleansing, food combining, eating techniques, growing sunflower greens and wheatgrass, composting and much more.
 
 
Enhancing the Living Foods Experience
 
In this week, we expand and deepen the knowledge gained in the Basics course. You will learn advanced food preparation of Living Foods recipes including sauces and dressings, how to make dehydrated foods, nut pate, desserts and more. We teach menu planning, how to travel with Living Foods, and how to bring the program home with you. Of note: Although we highly recommend taking Basics of the Living Foods Lifestyle first, it is not required. We offer a special orientation class (there is a small fee for this) in the Living Foods philosophy, use of wheatgrass and internal cleansing which will bring you up to speed.

 
One Week Intensive: Living Foods Essentials
In this week we combine the most essential classes from the Living Foods Lifestyle® Two Week Certification Program into an intensive and valuable one week learning experience. You learn the basics of the lifestyle and receive plenty of knowledge to incorporate this program into your daily life. A Certificate of Completion is presented with this course.
