There are two preferred
airline options for transportation to the Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute,
P.R.:
a. Arrange air transportation to San Juan and fly from there to Mayagüez
airport via American Eagle. If you do this, it is less expensive to take
American Airlines all the way. Let us know when you will be landing at
Mayagüez, and the time of your arrival. We will meet you at the airport.
b. Fly from the US to Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. We can pick up at Aguadilla
or you can take a Taxi from there to Aguada.

b. You may also drive directly to our Institute:
1. Take highway #22 to Bayamón, continue on #22 until it ends in Arecibo (it
will curve left and continue into route #2 due west).
2. Continue on route #2 past Quebradillas and Aguadilla.
3. At the intersection of route #417 there is a stop light, an over pass above
route #2 for pedestrians and a sign which indicates Aguada and Rincón to
the right. Turn right there onto route #417.
4. Continue on route #417 till it ends, then turn right. Take the first left
(at the intersection with the Esso Gas Station).
5. You are then on route #115 (there may not be a road sign), due west.
6. Continue on 115 for approximately 1 mile (pass the Tapatio mexican
restaurant on your left) pass the sign on your right that reads: Cabañas
Pino Mar and Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute.
7. Continue till you see a sign on your right that reads: Bel Air Muebles (this
is km 20). Turn right at that sign onto a dead end road. The Ann Wigmore
Natural Health Institute is on your left.
c. If you would like to take public transportation: Call Linea Sultana,
Inc. at 787-767-5205 or 787-765-9377. You have to call in advance.
It takes from 3-4 hours. You have to tell them to drop you off at the Mayagüez
airport and then we will pick you up from there. Call us in advance to
tell us you will be taking public transportation. Before you leave San Juan
you must call us so we know when to expect you (remember our office hours are
from 9am-5pm). When you arrive at the Mayagüez airport you must call us
so we can pick you up.
