TWO-WEEK
LIVING FOODS LIFESTYLE™
CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
(OUR FLAGSHIP PROGRAM)
The Certification Program offers you practical experience in hands-on workshops
which teach you planting, composting, sprouting, harvesting, food preparation,
detoxing the body and others. During your stay we also integrate areas such
as yoga, breathing, self-esteem and skin care. (See curriculum for a detailed course listing.)
You will leave here after two weeks feeling fully relaxed and rejuvenated
and with all of the skills needed to maintain this wonderful lifestyle after
you leave. Because of the friendly environment, the center is also a
great place to make new friends.
Three simple, delicious and nurturing meals will be served each day. They are
selected from our Living Foods Lifestyle™ program which is exclusively
vegan. There is also plenty of time for deep rest, reflection and renewal.
During the first week of the program you will be nourished by 3 days of easily
digested blended food which helps jumpstart your body's detoxification process
in a gentle and safe manner.
ONE-WEEK
INTENSIVE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
This program compresses our normal two-week certification program into one
week. It is designed for people who have limited time available but would
like to experience the full hands-on training. You will be busy in this very
exciting program which includes all the workshops to meet certification
requirements.
ONE-WEEK
PERSONAL HEALING RETREAT
Create your own healing and wellness retreat. Customize your stay by
selecting from numerous classes which teach the Living Foods Lifestyle™
philosophy. Also choose from a full menu of therapies which include, various
types of massage, colonic, Iridology, and others. Start to detoxify your body!
Leave feeling fully refreshed and renewed. This program can be customized to
any length stay from 3 days to 3 months!
