“HEAL THYSELF WEEK”

The special time of the year has come again: One week at the Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute (AWNHI) in Aguada, Puerto Rico, at the lowest tuition of the year. Dr. Laura Lyons, of Career Dynamics International in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, initiated this program, donating her time and finances to promote this special program.

The original purpose was to introduce healers, therapists and others to the Living Foods Lifestyle so they could encourage others to learn about the lifestyle and participate in our programs. In thanks for her many years of contributions, we will continue the program once a year in honor of Dr. Lyons. As in years past, the tuition costs will remain lower than throughout the year.

This year’s program, August 14-20, 2005, is a one-week intensive program. Almost two weeks of classes are consolidated into one. By attending the required classes, you will receive a certificate of completion.

During this special week you will benefit from enlightening classes and enjoy the tranquility of the Institute, eat enzyme-rich and highly nutritional living foods, and interact with other guests. You may romp on the surrounding beach and reclaim your spiritual, as well as physical, well-being. This is a mind, body, spirit detox and rejuvenation and restoration for the soul.

Special therapies such as colonics, massages, reiki, reflexology, etc., are available for you to schedule at your convenience. The fees range from $50.00 to $75.00 per session.
